A place for one last message

One Last Message (En sista hälsning in Swedish) is dedicated to personal greetings for someone who has passed away. You do not need an account to light a candle. By publishing, you agree to these terms of service.

Campaign and preservation

One Last Message is a free campaign from Eftertid. The campaign may be limited in time. We do not guarantee that the service, greetings, candles, or sharing links will remain permanently.

The service may change or end. When the campaign concludes, greetings and associated data may be removed. You are advised to save a personal copy of any greeting you wish to preserve.

Public and private

If you select “Everyone”, the name, greeting, and any sender you chose to display can be read and shared by others. If you select “Only me”, a candle is shown to others without the name, text, or connection to a public memory place. Your private management link gives access to the greeting — do not share it.

Your responsibility and content rules

You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the right to share it. Threats, harassment, hate speech, spam, advertisements, unlawful content, and defamatory publication of personal data are strictly prohibited.

Greetings are the users' own words and do not express the views of Eftertid or Walter Hultman AB. Not all greetings are reviewed before publication.

Reporting and moderation

Suspected illegal or inappropriate content can be reported through the report button or via email. Reports are saved for manual review by an authorized administrator. A report never automatically hides a greeting.

We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates these terms and to restrict access in case of abuse. Hidden or deleted greetings will not appear in public views.

Removing and saving your greeting

A lit greeting cannot be edited. With your private management link, you can remove the greeting or download its full text at any time. Store your link safely.
